The AUTOSAVE Major Drive Components Warranty is a unique, fully insured product warranty. The AUTOSAVE warranty, covering parts and labor, plus towing and rental car, is in effect for 5 years or 100,000 miles in addition to the current mileage on the odometer.
FASTER ENGINE WARM UP
In a system that uses a thermostat or other means of controlling coolant flow
until a certain coolant temperature is obtained, AUTOSAVE absorbs the heat of the engine parts,
transferring heat evenly throughout the engine. When AUTOSAVE is added to
coolant it acts like a heat sink. The coolant temperature rises faster,
reducing the time for warm up. The heat is evenly transferred to all of the
engine parts creating a more even warm up, reducing cold start-up wear and
tear. Additionally, this translates into a big fuel savings, allowing equipment
to be put into service sooner with faster warm up.
REDUCES COOLANT TEMPERATURE
Once the thermostat opens up, AUTOSAVE transfers all of the heat it has
absorbed into the radiator or cooling tower. Its ability to transfer this heat
will now make the radiator work more efficiently to remove heat from the
AUTOSAVE coolant mixture.
REDUCES INTERNAL ENGINE PARTS TEMPERATURE
Acting like a heat sink, AUTOSAVE has the ability to
remove heat from internal engine parts. Reducing the operating temperature of
your engine has a major impact on the wear and tear of engine components. In
engines where high rpm's are required, such as racecars, this becomes critical
to the lifespan of the components such as valve springs, wrist pins, cylinder
walls and pistons. Increasing the lifespan of these components reduces costs
when rebuilding and helps to minimize failures.
REDUCES OIL TEMPERATURE
By reducing the temperature of the internal parts, AUTOSAVE will
also help to reduce oil temperatures. A reduced oil temperature means less
chance of oil breakdown and, in turn, decreases the chance of damage caused by
poor lubrication.

AUTOSAVE will also keep your coolant temperature lower in conditions where
there is little or no airflow. With its ability to pull more heat out of the
motor and into the radiator, AUTOSAVE helps keep your engine cooler while
idling and helps keep your air conditioner cooler.
EASY TO CLEAN UP AND ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
AUTOSAVE is an organic product that is non-toxic and biodegradable. AUTOSAVE is non-petroleum based and when
unintentionally spilled, it is very easy to clean up. For example, if spilled,
AUTOSAVE works to actually breakdown and clean hydrocarbons on the surface and
is then easily cleaned up with any dry absorbent product. AUTOSAVE evaporates
faster and cleans up easier than just plain water.
COVERED PARTS
ENGINE and WATER PUMP*
All internally lubricated parts of engine, including pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain and timing gears, Intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, rocker arm shafts and water pump. The Engine Block and Cylinder Heads are also covered if the above-listed parts caused a mechanical failure. Does not include any other parts. Parts that require normal manufacturers recommended replacement Intervals are not covered under this product warranty.
TRANSMISSION*
Internally lubricated parts of manual or automatic transmissions, including torque converter, oil pump, governor, bands, drums, planetaries, sun gear and shell, spring(s), shaft(s), bearings, shift rail, forks, synchronizers, and most internally lubricated parts of the 4x4 Transfer Case. Damage resulting from failures by related parts or units such as but not limited to: levers, controls, linkage, cables, radiator, coolers, rubber mounts, external oil lines, viscous couplings, drive axles and electronic components, internal or external, to the engine and transmission are not covered.
